Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome at our Venkataratnam Street, Nakkala Road lab. Calling or WhatsApping ahead helps us prepare for specific tests, especially for X-ray, ECG or ultrasound.
Is Aswini Diagnostics ISO certified?
Yes. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified (Certificate HYM/UAS/QMS/9186414/112) for our quality management system in providing medical diagnostics services, and are a QHQN certified member organisation.
Do I need to fast before my blood test?
Some tests — like blood sugar and lipid profile — require 8 to 12 hours of fasting. Let us know what you're testing for when you book, and our team will tell you what to prepare.
How do I get my test reports?
Reports are prepared through our fully computerised system for accuracy. Ask our team when you visit or call about the best way to receive yours.
Do you offer X-ray outside the lab, for patients who can't travel?
Yes — we provide mobile X-ray services for patients who are unable to visit the lab in person.
What are your lab hours?
We're open 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday, and 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Sunday. Call ahead if you're planning to visit near closing time.
